As Managing Director, Susan Anyan is the business founder and takes a principal role in delivering services to a range of clients.

The first eleven years of her career began in-house, latterly as pensions manager for a large construction firm.  In 2000, she went on to work in pension consulting roles, firstly at WTW and then at Mercer where she advised a portfolio of DB and DC schemes as well as being a member of a national governance team.

She has worked with Capital Cranfield since the beginning of 2011 and now has more than 30 years' experience of working with and managing pension schemes.
